Card payments
If your site takes card payments, Kybra's fee is 1% of each payment, capped at £5. It comes on top of Stripe's own processing fees (from 1.5% + 20p for standard UK cards). For example, a £200 deposit has a £2 Kybra fee; an £800 payment has a £5 fee, not £8.
Your domain
Registered in your name and paid by you to the registrar, usually around £10 a year.

What does it cost?
A Founder website is £795 to build (£495 for our first 3 clients). The Founder plan is £29 a month for the first year, then £15 a month, starting when your site goes live. If your site takes card payments, Kybra's fee is 1% of each payment, capped at £5, on top of Stripe's fees. Like Stripe's fee, it isn't returned if you refund a payment. Your domain costs around £10 a year, paid to the registrar. Your quote lists every fee before you agree to anything.
What happens after launch?
Your monthly plan starts and we host your site. If something doesn't work as agreed in the first 14 days, we fix it. After that, changes are made through the Ultimate plan: you move to it for the months you need changes (6-month minimum), then move back.
Who owns the website?
Your domain and your content (your words, photos and videos) are yours. Kybra hosts the site and looks after the code, which stays with Kybra.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. Your web address is always registered in your name.
Do I have to do anything technical?
No. You tell us what you need and we handle the design, build and testing.
